Returns for a Refund

Any cancellations can be done only twenty-four (24) hours from the purchasing date in order to receive the total purchase price, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If cancellation occurs past twenty-four (24) hours but before it has been delivered and accepted, the refund will not include shipping charges.

Damaged Items

If items are tampered, damaged, faulty or incorrect and you do not want a replacement, then the full amount including shipping and item expense will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. All refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
